Old sheds are a Central Oregon staple. Snow load, dry rot at the sill and thirty winters of freeze and thaw mean a lot of them are past saving. We take down wood sheds, metal kit sheds, plastic resin sheds, lean-tos and carports, and we haul every piece away the same day. You never see a pile.
Most sheds come down by hand with pry bars and saws, which keeps the job quiet and keeps your lawn intact. Larger outbuildings may get an excavator, as in the photo above. Either way we pull the structure apart in an order that keeps the crew safe, stack lumber and metal as we go, and load straight to the trailer.
If the shed is full, we empty it first and that goes on the same quote. We also clear what is underneath: the old concrete pad or pavers if you want them gone, the junk that collected behind it, the weeds that grew through the floor. When we leave, the ground is ready for a new shed, a garden or grass.
A typical 8x10 or 10x12 wood shed, with contents, is a three-quarter to full trailer load, which is $450 to $600 including the teardown labor.
You pay by how much room the load takes in our 14 foot dump trailer. Labor, the truck and dump fees are included, and you get the number on site before anything is loaded.
Yard debris and snow removal are priced separately. Full details on the pricing page.
