A garage cleanout is the job we get asked about most after furniture. Central Oregon garages fill up with the things a four-season life creates: old skis and bikes, the camping gear that got replaced, paint cans, the washer that died, boxes from the last move that were never opened. It takes a weekend to deal with alone. It takes us an afternoon.
We work it the way you want. The simplest version is that you stand there and point: that goes, that stays. If you want to sort as we go we set up a keep pile, a donate pile and a dump pile and work through it together. Either way we load the trailer as we go, so the garage gets emptier rather than just rearranged.
Most garage cleanouts in Bend land in the half to three-quarter trailer range, which is $300 to $450 all in. A lightly cluttered single bay is often a quarter load at $150. We tell you which tier it is before we start, and if it comes in under what we quoted you pay the lower tier.
Paint, batteries, chemicals and old gas are the usual snag. We can advise on what Deschutes County accepts and separate those items out for proper disposal instead of mixing them into the load.
You pay by how much room the load takes in our 14 foot dump trailer. Labor, the truck and dump fees are included, and you get the number on site before anything is loaded.
Yard debris and snow removal are priced separately. Full details on the pricing page.

Common questions about garage cleanouts in Bend and Central Oregon.
Most single car garages are a quarter to half trailer, $150 to $300. A packed two car garage is usually a three-quarter to full load, $450 to $600. We tell you the tier before we start.
No. You can point at what goes, or we can set up keep, donate and dump piles and sort it with you as we load.
Those need separate handling. We set them aside and advise on what Deschutes County accepts rather than mixing them into the load.
Yes. Storage units, sheds and basements are the same job with a different door.
Most are done in two to four hours with a two person crew.
